We have decided to be a community with an unincorporated association. Here are the main discussion topics and decisions.
We have decided to be an green, organic, self sustaining community.
Our social structure will give each member equal status and voting rights.
The skills of members will determine the nature of the community businesses.

The work commitment expected will be 15 hours per week.
At present we have four members and we will be looking to rent a property and, through the community business, eventually purchase a community property.
